This device can measure thickness variations for big plates fully automatically. The device has a sensor for panels with a metal substrates. Steel or aluminum substrates are automatically detected. The machine is user friendly because of its simple operation. We can adapt the measurement type or the size of the machine upon request so that it aligns with your application.
Optimize your application process:
With the software, the coordinates to be measured can be easily set with clear visualisation of the set parameters. If more than 1 layer should be measured, the number of layers should be set.
Once the parameters are set, the machine can measure fully automatically.
If the set values will be used more often, they can be saved as a template, which can be opened again anytime. During the measurement the software shows immediately the measurement value in micrometers. Measuring the coating distribution can help to optimise the application (spraying) process thus preventing irregular patches. -We can adapt the measurement type or the size of the machine upon request so that it aligns with your application. Measurements can be easily exported.
